DO NOT TYPE INSIDE THIS BOX Students are required to have the following documentation and equipment prior to the start of the Clinical Competency Training. These documents are essential for the purposes of student training and student safety. * An approved OSHA education class * A four hour HIV/AID education class * A two day training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) * Two photos passport size for student identification * Notarized copy of driver license * Video camera The OSHA, HIV/AIDS, and CPR training are usually offered at near by hospitals or schools that offer continuing education classes. Noncompliance of the above requirements may result in the interruption and non-completion of the program.
