Business Students in Sarasota Present Their Final Team Project

After acquiring the requisite project management skills necessary to conceive and lay out a team project, Jessy Davis, Brittany Livingston and Casey Winters presented their final team project using the Microsoft Project software.  Microsoft Project software allows managers to lay out the required tasks, sequencing and monitoring of the project.  The list of tasks and a graphical display are shown on a single documents allowing for a snapshot of progress at any particular phase of the project. The key elements of project management are to coordinate, perform and complete the project.  Time, budget and scope of work are the main objectives.  The project sponsor dictates the requirements along with the final deliverables.
