Keiser University’s College of Golf  & Sport Management Tournament Operation’s class recently managed a golf tournament.  The format of the event was a two-player scramble gross and net divisions.  Prizes were awarded to 1st and 2nd place in gross and net along with a long drive and closest to the pin.  The event consisted of thirty two students, shotgun start and played at The Legacy Golf Club.  Students managed every aspect of the tournament.  Everyone in the class participated and was on the committee.  This events gives students real world knowledge and experience managing golf tournaments.
