Forty three students competed in the KU College of Golf Match Play Championship.  They competed in a stroke play qualifier with the low eight players advancing to match play in the next round.  The qualifier is played at the PGA Golf Club Dye Course.  To win the event the student must qualify and then win four matches to claim the championship.  The tournament gives students a platform to gain experience playing competitive golf and learn about their game.  It also will help prepare them for their  Players Ability Test.
