Culinary Program Creating a Menu of Accomplishments
Melbourne, Florida Feb 23, 2009--The Melbourne
culinary student competition team has won third place overall in
the American Culinary Federations (ACF) Winterfest Competition.
Students Andrew Addleman, Cynthia Williams, Drew Sanders, Robert

weekend, Keiser University's culinary arts student competition team
earned a bronze medal in the American Culinary Federations Florida
State Student Championship Team Skills Competition at the annual
Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association Show. Culinary students,

Miriam Hoiles and Steward Tidwell competed against 12 other student

Scholarships to Aspiring Culinary Artist
Tallahassee,
Florida - April 1, 2008 - On March 25 at the Eighth Annual Prostart
Culinary Team Competition, Keiser University's Center for Culinary
Arts awarded $205,000 in scholarships to first, second and third
place winners in the competitions four categories: Gourmet Meal,

Institute student, is a semi finalist in the Betty Crocker "Recipes from the Soul" contest. He has won $500.00 for his

Former
President Bill Clinton and the Capital Culinary Institute students
Former President Bill
Clinton visited the Fort Lauderdale campus of Keiser University in
support of a fundraiser for Congressman Alcee Hastings. Students,
faculty, and staff volunteered their time and talent to assist the
Congressman's office in the coordination of the event. This
included students and chefs from the Keiser University Center for
Culinary Arts at Tallahassee and students and instructors from the
Film & Video program of Keiser University at Daytona Beach.
Faculty, staff, and student volunteers from the Keiser University
at Fort Lauderdale also participated.
Students from the Keiser University Culinary
Program partnered with The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale
culinary students to present a delectable buffet for guests to
enjoy.
