My name is Barbara Finch. I just
finished enrolling in Keiser University to study
Business Administration beginning July 1st. Needless to say, after
being out of school for twenty years I was quite nervous about
returning.
I wanted to take a few minutes to
let you know that I have been very pleased with the assistance I have
received so far. Sandra Hanchard has been so pleasant to work with.
She has answered all of my questions, walked me through steps when I
wasn't sure and not once did she make me feel like I couldn't handle
returning to school. Also, Genna Gillary,
has made filling out all the paperwork for the financial aide much
easier that I would have ever believed.
I have been working in an office
for twenty years and dealing with the public. I know first hand that a
customer will write a letter in a heartbeat to complain about someone
but hardly ever take the time when they have a pleasant experience. So
when I receive excellent service, I like to take the time to let
someone know that the excellent service is greatly appreciated.
I am very glad I chose Keiser
University.
Thank You!

After the birth of my
last baby, I found myself happy but lost as to what life had in store
for me. I had decided not to go back to work, but I knew that I just
didn’t want to stay home and do nothing. Then Keiser University came to my
rescue, in the form of a flyer. When I saw that they were offering
classes online, something just clicked. This was the answer I was
looking for. I could get a degree while still caring for my four
children at home. I contacted the college immediately, and they made the
entire process painless, from the entrance test to financial aid, they
helped me every step of the way. Here I was starting my first class,
confused and exited at the same time, I didn’t know what to expect, I
had never taking anything online, but I loved computers and high tech.
Now, looking back at it all, it was the best step I ever made in my
life. I only have two more months to go to graduate and I just feel on
top of the world. Keiser University not only has incredible instructors,
but the virtual class environment is as challenging and as rewarding as
the on-campus classes. There is the freedom to do as you please and
still have a life. I have enjoyed my online classes, I have had all the
support from the eCampus staff, and they
have been there all the way to encourage me, when the going got tough.
As soon as I get my AA degree in eCommerce, I plan to continue my
bachelor’s degree online as well. With Keiser University many doors have
opened for me, including the landing of a great job! What can I say, I
love online campus and there is no other way to go!

Sincerely speaking, there is no aspect of the course that I did not
enjoy or gain a substantial amount of knowledge. The topic I really
enjoyed most was the controversial Antisocial Personality Disorder;
because I was encouraged to dig through various materials in the
course of my research on the topic. Moreover, the interesting part
of the course is the Psych Talks. I was overwhelmed by the amount of
pieces of information I gathered from the whole class. This shared
one on one life experience is a very good opportunity for me.
Last but not the least, the most interesting and admirable aspect to
me, was the instructor's incredible qualities. She made an impact in
my life which I will never forget. Her abilities, care, concern,
conscientiousness, endearment, inspiration, encouragement, love, and
motivation is one in a million. I nearly dropped the course, but she
kept me going. In fact, she is an embodiment of psychology. An ideal
round pen in the round hole. Prof. A. Williams, please keep it up.
May God continue to bless you. What I gained from you is far more
than what I read in the book.

"Many are skeptical of online colleges
and the quality of education they can provide. My experience at
Keiser University has proven to me that a quality education can be
delivered via the Internet successfully. The class environment is
structured so that each student must participate in the class by
reading their text and lectures, interact with other students in
discussion forums, submit assignments, and take their
exams. Students truly feel that they are attending a traditional
classroom even though each student has the freedom to participate
when it is more convenient for their situation. I am so proud to be
a part of an institution that has successfully utilized the full
potential of the web to provide others with a quality education that
I have recommended Keiser University to many others."

The reason that I am writing this
letter is to say "thanks." I just wanted to let you know that you
have a wonderful staff.
About five months ago I was
searching for a college. I wanted to go to an online school since I
work full time and have other obligations. I was worried about
taking an online course, though. I was afraid that I would find the
classes boring and I would loose interest. I found many great
schools but decided to pick Keiser University. I'm very happy that I
did.
Right after I emailed inquiring
about your college I dealt with Michelle Lochan. She was very
helpful and very patient with all my questions. She guided me right
through the process very quickly. She even did a follow up several
days ago to make sure my first class was going good. That was very
thoughtful. Genna Gillary guided me through the financial aid
process very smoothly and helped answer any questions quickly. My
first class this month is Political Science. My teacher is Tara
Ross and she is wonderful. The way that she teaches is very
motivational. Political Science is really not my best subject, but
I feel I have a great teacher that will motivate me to do well.
Thanks for having a great staff!

This is really exciting, I am reading and
researching non stop. The more I read and research the more I want to
go on until I have everything I need to reach a conclusion. I believe
this is the right move for me, I am so very glad I decided to get a
better education.
The online education is so convenient. However, it's a lot of
hard work and takes discipline it is something I should have done
a long time ago. The online course makes me feel like I'm actually in a classroom
environment. The Professor responds quickly, she is very helpful and
detailed of what she wants, which makes it easy when working on my
assignments.

I am through with my
prerequisite courses that I need to begin the Ultrasound Program -
and I have to say, it's only Tuesday, but I am missing my internet
class connection!! I have thoroughly enjoyed this learning
experience, much more than I had anticipated. The format of the
classes, the great rapport with Professors and other students,
although we never met eye to eye.
Thanks for assisting me
in bettering my marketability once I finish the Ultrasound
Program. As an older student, I am getting much more out of my
learning experience than I ever did as a younger student, and
appreciate the effort of those behind the scenes.
Again, thanks for a
great experience!

Dear
Valerie,
Several classes ago,
I had a class for Windows 2000 Professional. It was a hard, cramming
class. However, I learned things that paid off.
Several weeks ago, I
began to study over the course material and some additional resources
that I found on Windows 2000 Professional.
This past Monday, I
took the Microsoft certification course for Windows 2000. I passed.
I know several
people that do networking for a living, they informed me that unless
you do networking for a living, you do not stand a chance for passing
the 70-210 exam. These people did not believe that online learning
would contribute towards a certification from Microsoft. This was due
to one of them failing. I proved them wrong.
Lastly, I look
forward to instructor Vest teaching online in the near future. I know
that additional hard work, and studying will pay off again.

Psychology Course
Well, I have learned a lot from this course, but most of all, I have
learned more about myself. I also learned people use so many different
defenses to either protect themselves or to not accept a problem - I
believe that was the most interesting topic for me. I was also
interested in the discussions we had the first week of class about the
reasons kids today aren't getting the attention and discipline they
need.
Writing my paper proved to be an interesting experience. It was more
than just fulfilling a course requirement; it was an opportunity to
reflect on so many issues we covered. Another thing that I liked about
this course was the freedom of being able to give our opinions on
topics without getting into trouble. I also liked meeting new people
and making a few new friends.
Finally, I can’t forget the main reason I enjoyed this course,
Professor Williams. She was great! She made me feel at home and made
me feel like my opinion really counted. She knew exactly how to give
constructive criticism without hurting your feelings. I am glad this
was my first class for the online course. I wouldn't have had it any
other way and I hope that future students get to have Ms. Williams in
their corner. Professor Williams....Thank You. :-)
