Students enrolled in Sports Medicine & Fitness Technology and Exercise Science programs at the Flagship campus were recently treated to a collaborative workshop delivered by faculty member Mr. Dalton Oliver.

Held as part of the strength training and conditioning class, the event was also attended by the  Port St. Lucie campus Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology program faculty members and Flagship campus golf faculty. The training focused on both technical and core warm ups, as well as mobility and dynamic exercise routines.

The student athletes in the workshop were thankful for the challenge to take their new found knowledge and apply it toward their own sport specific training. “This was a great opportunity to impart practical hands on application of learning to help ensure that Seahawk athletes remain at the top of their game,” said Julie Snyder, Keiser University’s Department Chair of Sport Medicine and Fitness Technology, Exercise Science.
