A group of Associate Degree Information Technology students from the Fort Myers campus had a great evening at the Microsoft Tampa office.  There were 55 attendees total (13 from Keiser University) and Keiser students were recognized from the stage.  The Ft. Myers students “rubbed shoulders” with technology experts from around Southwest Florida, along with Microsoft trainers and developers.  The topic for the evening was Working with Mesos and other Container Types. Apps in the Cloud.  Students got exposure to new and upcoming trends in Cloud/Hosted Apps.  The group included raffle giveaways of Microsoft memorabilia, of which three raffle winners were from the Ft. Myers campus.
