Fort Myers students are participating in a laboratory demonstration of blood-typing. They applied information learned in the classroom to a practical setting. The various blood types are tested for, along with Rh. The importance of correct identification of blood types as well as the life-threating result of incorrect transfusions can be reinforced visually.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
