Fort Lauderdale’s advanced biology class, led by Professor Monroe, worked with the Society of St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry in Pompano Beach over the summer break to help feed the poor and under privileged of Pompano Beach. The following students were involved along with Professor Monroe: Rodrigo Delgato, Aner Nerette, Trevor St. Luce. They were great with the clients at the pantry, helping carry groceries to their cars or rides, helped with translating for the Creole and Spanish clients, and just listened to their hardships. They were a real credit to Keiser University and they are the type of students we produce.
