Staff, Faculty, & Students:

Put together or join a team from your campus, choose a health or fitness goal to achieve together by Nov. 20th, 2009 and get started on a healthier lifestyle!  Check with your Student Services team for ideas on team goals as well as information on nutrition, exercise, and health and fitness.  Register online and visit the site each week to add your team’s weekly accomplishments.  Together, we can achieve Healthy Bodies & Strong Minds at Keiser Schools!

Sign up for your campus’ Walk-a-Thon.  Throughout the fall, the campuses of Keiser Schools will be supporting local charities of choice through walk-a-thons in their area.  Check with your Student Services team for the date and location of your campus’ walk.   

If you want to support the cause and are unable or do not wish to join a team or attend a walk-a-thon, there are still ways you can help.  Sponsor a program participant or walker by pledging a dollar amount of your choice toward his or her goal.  Make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through your campus’ Office of Student Services (check or cash accepted).  And watch for exciting goings-on at your campus…there will be many ways to join the fun and give to a worthy cause!
