The Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology (SMFT) program at the Jacksonville campus held its first inaugural K-Ulympics.  The event was a huge success comprised of four teams from three programs competing for the title. This event was a class project for the Sports Marketing and Promotions class students in the BS SMFT program. The event was comprised of three separate contests designed to accommodate teams that range in size without affecting competition.

The three events were:

  • The Fit Food Frenzy, an all-comers eating relay
  • KU Price is Right
  • The K-Ulympic Pentathlon (a scavenger hunt-type event)

The winning team received an awesome trophy for their efforts to commemorate their overall victory. The winning team was Radiologic Technology.
