Program Director Charles Lane and instructor Glorimar  Calderon hosted the first Surgical Technology students pinning at KU Clearwater  campus. During the ceremony students received their pins from the Program Director,  a dozen roses and scrolls “It’s Never Too Late To Be Whom You Might Have Been” by George Eliot an English novelist.  The students being pinned where Randall Austin, Ailia Butler, Clossia Louissaaint,  and Mariano Iglesias.  Family, friends, and President Cossey were present to celebrate the ending of their program on campus and wished them all well on their externships.  To end the evening all feasted on pulled pork, Cuban sandwiches, meatballs, fruit salad, and cake.
