The American Regional Classes have been taking a culinary tour of the country cooking up dishes from all over the United States with ingredients and techniques from each region.

Sarasota’s Center for Culinary Arts hosted their monthly Junior Chef Series for high school students. Students and chef instructors worked together to teach the high school students how to make southern dishes such as shrimp & grits, collard greens with bacon and bread pudding with caramel sauce.
