The Medical Assisting program at the Daytona Beach campus gave back to the community by visiting the Adult Day Care Clinic of Daytona Beach. Several times a year, the  MA students go out into the community and put their blood pressure skills to the test. They are able to get that “real-life” patient experience which helps them prepare for their externships and future employment. All of the participating students had a great time and loved the patient interaction. The patients were very excited to see happy faces and individuals that were there to care for them.
