Recently, Rose Farhat, Medical Assisting Program Director at the Melbourne campus, learned that the body of a soldier from Brevard County would be returning home.  She coordinated with Colleen Browne, the Campus President and the decision was made to invite students, faculty and staff to help line the streets along the path the caravan would take from the airport to the funeral home.  Close to 300 people from the Melbourne campus showed their patriotism by going out along the road to honor this fallen hero.  To read more about the soldier click here.
