Grandmaster Bram Frank visited the Pembroke Pines campus to lecture to Crime Scene Technology and Forensic Investigation students on edged weapons, geometry, and biomechanics. Mr. Frank is a knife inventor who owns numerous US patents, and has written three books. The lecture consisted of his court experiences and demonstrations of the biomechanics of cutting injuries seen on crime scenes. The students were spellbound by the dynamic and exciting speaker, who has been involved in law enforcement, military, and cutting weapons for over 50 years.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
