The Orlando campus hosted its Spring 2016 Advisory Board with the theme of the night “branching out” to demonstrate the importance of community engagement with the Advisory Board. Dr. David Hubbard presented on the history of Keiser University, the climate of higher education and the acquisition of the Flagship campus. Dean Sam Sparks informed the Advisory Board members of the SACS Reaffirmation process, the responsibilities of KeiserU, and the importance of the Advisory Board for community engagement. Dennis Ferraro provided an update on the placement of KU Orlando campus graduates.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
