As part of a curriculum that promotes sensitivity to diversity and differing patient needs based on cultural background, Tampa’s Occupational Therapy Assistant program regularly holds a cultural fair in which students present information and hands-on learning activities about various cultures around the world.  Program Director Stephanie Adams’ cohort 19 students built a series of posters on nations including Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Japan, and the Philippines.  After class presentation, these posters were transported to the Tampa location library where they were both put on display and digitally preserved as part of the Occupational Therapy Assistant subject guide by associate librarian Marilene Riemer.
