The Cross Cultural Communications students at the Port St. Lucie campus used Skype technology to video chat with a German businessman and scientist. Jannis Kupper, a friend of the instructor, chatted with the class about German culture, values, beliefs, habits, and business practices. The students asked him questions about communication difference between Americans and Germans, food, sports, and politics. These students have studied a variety of cultures during the Winter C term and enjoyed the experience of hearing about Germany from this activity.
