Fort Myers campus held its fall Induction Ceremony for the new Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), Beta Tau Tau, students. The current PTK President, Alex Jimenez, led the induction ceremony with the help of fellow PTK members Crystal Ferone, Andi Swanson, and Elisabetta Cucuzza. Associate Dean Rob Knox is the Chapter Advisor. The new member’s family and friends attended the ceremony along with some faculty, staff and students. Twelve students were inducted. The induction ceremony takes places twice a year, and celebrates Associate Degree seeking students who have achieved academic excellence. The campus looks forward to the next induction ceremony which will take place in October 2016.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
