Radiologic Technology students in the RTE1533 Radiologic Procedures IV class at the Miami campus study both conventional, as well as, computed radiography. The live x-ray lab allows students to practice positioning and performing x-rays on our life-like mannequins in order to prepare them for their clinical rotations in the hospitals and diagnostic imaging centers.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
