Members of the KU Jacksonville community, posing as Santa Claus, made nearly 60 calls to good little boys and girls to ask them what they wanted for Christmas. The first ever Keiser University Santa Calling program was spearheaded by Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology instructor Matt Graifer. Calls were made to children who registered online and in the span of two evenings, nearly 60 children had the opportunity to talk to Santa.
A mother of one of the children reached out to thank the campus and sent a note her child wrote Santa after the call.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
