The Physical Therapist Assistant students of cohort 18 went outside to participate in an outdoor lab for kinesiology class under the supervision of Mrs. Benson, and Mr. Ingerman.  The focus of the lab was to perform movement analysis of common outdoor activities like kicking a ball, swinging a golf club or tennis racket.  These daily movements are sources of common injuries for physical therapy patients.   The students learned that in order to perform these movements, the human body works in a complicated synergistic pattern, and many muscle groups are working together.
