In Sarasota, Dr. Ford’s Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology students are outside practicing Ladder agility drills, an excellent way to improve foot speed, agility, coordination and overall quickness.   The drills are designed to replicate the movement demands of the sport and to promote confidence in the returning athlete. Students were taking turns teaching and directing classmates on different drills.
