The Sarasota Center for Culinary Arts is proud of Chef Keovilay who is featured in the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) magazine “Sizzle” specifically in the International Flavors article. Sizzle magazine is the ACF magazine that is geared toward culinary students and apprentices. Chef Keovilay shares his unique cultural story in the article for students from all over to read as they develop their food knowledge and passion. Chef Keovilay has been sharing these stories and experiences with our students here at Keiser University’s Center for Culinary Arts in Sarasota for over 7 years. This article and Chef Keovilay’s story will be shared with the global culinary community.
