Students from Tampa’s Medical Assisting program are committed to community service through volunteer work within the surrounding Tampa Bay area. Most recently, students spent time volunteering at the Trinity Café, a local not-for-profit organization that serves meals to the needy and homeless.  Medical Assisting students prepared and served over 300+ meals during their day-long visit to Trinity Café.  In addition to preparing and serving meals, Keiser students remained behind to help clean up and organize the Café for the next round of meals.  Trinity Café has served more than 1,106,852 meals to the needy, and Tampa’s Medical Assisting students are proud to have taken part in this exceptional community outreach.
