Chef Pettineo’s Nutrition class spent the morning with Ripe City Urban Farm.  The farm is located in Tallahassee’s Midtown area and uses sustainable farming principles. The culinary arts students had the opportunity to learn about compost, organic farming and the value of locally farmed.
