The Tampa campus has partnered with Toys for Tots and the U.S. Marine Corps to help collect toys for families in need throughout the Tampa Bay area. At the December 3rd, 2015 Kick-Off event, KU- Tampa welcomed Santa Claus and his Elves to celebrate the holiday season by taking pictures with children, staff, and students. Of course, milk and cookies were served as refreshments, and a children’s candy-cane craft area was available. While enjoying their cookies and milk, children had the opportunity to write letters to Santa and leave it at crafty North Pole post office located in the lobby at Tampa. All who participated had a jolly time!
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
