Dr. Berrios (Associate Dean), Crystal Barletta (English and Communications PD), Ivar Croes (RT Clinical Coordinator), Sheila Connerton (PTA Instructor), Dr. Eric Terry (Business PD), and Debbie Hill (Assistant Registrar) volunteered at Quantum House and cooked for approximately 20-25 people. Quantum House is a supportive home in West Palm Beach for families whose children are receiving treatment for serious medical conditions. Our menu included spaghetti Bolognese, chicken parmigana, salad, brownies, Italian ices, and delicious challah bread baked by Amy Dow (Psychology Adjunct Instructor). We look forward to returning to Quantum House and are planning our menu for when we return to Quantum House in May.
