Dr. Brittany Perez’s journey to the field of chiropractic medicine began in her childhood, when she first recognized the value of healthy living. It was a comprehensive South Florida fitness program that not only deepened her understanding of health but also sparked her passion for chiropractic medicine.
“True health starts from within. Once I made that discovery, I wanted to learn as much as I possibly could,” recalled Perez, who enrolled in Keiser University’s College of Chiropractic in 2018 after becoming immersed in her local CrossFit gym.
While studying under the leadership of several influential professors, including Spine Care Attending Clinician Dr. Ralph Kruse, Perez shared that she was thankful to combine her knowledge of strength and endurance training with the program’s curriculum, experiential sessions, and clinical training opportunities.
After graduating in 2021, she is now thankful to unveil her own practice, as she and her AlignLife team in Wellington, Florida, administer manual adjustments, flexion distraction, vibration therapy, and more.
Dr. Perez is deeply grateful for the support she received in achieving her goal. She particularly acknowledges her mother, Nadine, for her unwavering support in all aspects of her endeavor, especially in navigating the technology required to launch and operate her practice. Now one step closer to her goal of empowering individuals to take control of their health and live life to the fullest, she shared that she finds inspiration in seeing her patients thrive. She encourages others to keep striving for their goals, reminding them that the journey may be challenging, but it’s always worth it.
