See What Sets Keiser Graduate School Apart

Dr. Vincent DeBono, Vice President of the Chiropractic Program at Keiser University’s West Palm Beach campus, highlights the program’s commitment to preparing confident, practice-ready chiropractors through a 3.5-year, face-to-face doctoral curriculum. The program emphasizes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, teaching students to identify the root causes of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. Students also learn to consider psychosocial factors, prior trauma, and overall wellness when developing treatment plans.

The program’s small class sizes provide personalized instruction, meaningful faculty mentorship, and extensive hands-on clinical experience—an essential component of chiropractic education. Students are assessed through practical labs, written exams, and competency-based evaluations designed to ensure they meet the skills and knowledge required for professional practice. The diverse faculty bring experience from a variety of educational and clinical backgrounds, enriching the learning environment with multiple perspectives.

Dr. DeBono emphasizes Keiser University’s student-first philosophy, noting that faculty view students as future colleagues and remain valuable professional resources long after graduation. The program is continuously refined to improve student outcomes and help advance the chiropractic profession. While rigorous, the curriculum is designed to ensure graduates are prepared to become licensed and begin practicing with confidence, recognizing the significant responsibility of caring for patients’ health.
