Accounting Program Accreditation
The following accounting programs at Keiser University-Ft. Lauderdale Campus and its off-campus instructional sites hold separate accounting accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP): Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Master of Accountancy. The Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting is accredited by ACBSP for business, and the Associate of Arts in Accounting is not within the scope of specialized accreditation from ACBSP.

Accounting, AA (ACCTG)
The Associate of Arts in Accounting introduces students to the accounting concepts and skills needed for an entry-level accounting position. The program focuses on financial accounting, federal taxation, and hands-on learning of office applications and accounting software.

The Bachelor of Arts in Accounting helps students develop a foundation in accounting, ethics, business, analytical and communication skills required to succeed in a modern professional environment. Graduates of the program are eligible to sit for Florida’s Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam.
Accounting (ACCTG) - Licenciatura en Contabilidad (Bachillerato)
La Licenciatura en Artes en Contabilidad (Bachillerato) prepara a los estudiantes para trabajar en las variadas areas de especializacion de contabilidad. The Master of Accountancy degree is an intensive program designed to prepare the accounting professional to demonstrate an understanding of ethical standards, accounting responsibilities and the role of accounting in businesses and society as a whole.
Accounting, MBA Concentration
The Master of Business Administration is available with a concentration in Accounting. The MBA in Accounting prepares graduates with the skills needed to critically analyze and solve business problems through data analysis, and the integration of a range of business acumen.
