Join Keiser University’s Keiser Live Open Classroom with Dr. Mireidy Fernandez, PsyD, for a seminar on Lewin’s Theory of Organizational Change.

This open classroom gives prospective and current students the opportunity to explore the psychological foundations of Lewin’s work and examine how his approach can be applied to organizational change. The session will cover key concepts such as field theory, life space, and group dynamics, along with Lewin’s three-step model of change.
