More than 100 participants of Ft. Lauderdale’s Team Keiser walked in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K, including faculty, staff, students, their friends and their families. The team’s efforts raised over $600.00 for the American Cancer Society with the largest contributors being Amanda Sutherin from the Physician’s Assistant program (she donated an incredible $350.00!), Areej Dorriety ($105.00), and Josie Lunsford ($50.00).
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
