Chef Deivert’s American Regional Cuisine class took our palates on a tour of California, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest today. We had the pleasure of tasting their delicious creations from each region including Seared Duck Breast with Flamed Grapes and Roasted Garlic Flan, a Designer Pizzetta with Shredded Duck and Mascarpone, Macadamia Crusted Snapper with Baby Bok Choy, and Loco Moco with Coconut-Pineapple Fried Rice.
