The Jacksonville campus’ inaugural Lambda Nu Society was formed recently and all roles were filled; president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. These remarkable students wasted no time fulfilling their roles as leaders in their field by organizing their first community service project for Daniel’s Kids in a matter of two weeks. A box of school supplies was made and filled, a collection box for donations was acquired and filled, and flyers were made and posted around school to ensure everyone at Keiser had the opportunity to participate and contribute to this cause. Mrs. Dean offered her time and experience in ballroom dancing to hold a dance class as a means to continue to raise donations. “Come learn to Swing” This event raised $100.00.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
