Keiser University Port St. Lucie campus president Leslie Kristof was recently honored as “New Board Member of the Year” by the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County.  Also nominated and selected as President Elect by the Boys and Girls Clubs Board of Directors, Ms. Kristof was chairman of the organization’s Steak and Stake masquerade ball which raised an all-time high of over $100,000.

With the mission of enabling all young people, especially those who are most in need, the opportunity to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens, the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County have been at the forefront of youth development, working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances for 22 years. With 18 locations throughout the county, they are able to serve more than 6000 youth annually with their afterschool, summer and outreach programming.
