Alafia Brown performed a group therapy session utilizing dance as a way to increase sequencing in “patients” with traumatic brain injury.  Beginning with the popular Electric Slide before moving onto the Cupid Shuffle and the Wobble Wobble, Ms. Brown slowly increased the opportunity to follow multiple steps from easiest (Electric Shuffle) to hardest (Wobble Wobble) in a fun and meaningful way.  Occupational Therapy Assistant students at the Melbourne campus more than participated in a cohort member’s presentation last week—they shuffled and wobbled.
