Flagship campus students, faculty and staff received unexpected messages of encouragement on their cars as the university’s Seahawks Care initiative celebrated its second week.

Led by students Tyler Thomas, Cassidy Miller, and Adrianna Chavez, the effort was designed to alleviate midterm exam stress while reminding Seahawks that they are cared for and valued. Part of a series of weekly initiatives designed to further promote the impact that positivity has on overall well-being, the program is part of the university’s Positive Psychology course led by Dr. Cathy Bush, a psychology professor and Program Director of the Flagship Campus’ Department of Psychology.
