Throughout the month of July, Radiologic Technology students will be collecting NEW sneakers and flip flops for boys and girls aged 6-17. These shoes will be donated to A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay, a residential facility offering numerous services to children entering the foster system. They specialize in keeping sibling groups together until they can find a foster home capable of keeping the children together.
Further, the RT program will be sponsoring numerous activities on July 25th such as reindeer games, a Christmas treat bake sale, and a frozen hot chocolate stand. All proceeds will be donated to A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
