His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, MA, PhD, EdD, ALM, is currently serving as the Andean Parliament Special Envoy for Education, a cabinet level appointment made by the Secretary General. Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt is an elected academician of the prestigious Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain, the Royal Academy of Economics and Financial Sciences of Spain, the Academy of Diplomacy of the Kingdom of Spain, the Academy of History of Ecuador, and the National Academy of History and Geography of Mexico. His Excellency served as ambassador and deputy permanent observer of the International Youth Organization to the United Nations from 2023-2024 before moving on to his current position.

Dr. Cezair has 20 + years of college level teaching experience and 10 years of corporate experience having worked for such organizations as the U.S. Federal Government, Deloitte & Touché and Citibank. Dr. Cezair has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Management Accountant. Dr. Cezair has performed professional services in her field which include reviewing new textbooks for various publishers, reviewing submissions to various refereed journals and professional conferences Dr. Cezair has presented research papers at conferences nationwide. She has been a member of the Keiser family for 13 years.

Dr. Gudavalli had his undergraduate and Master of Technology degrees from India and Ms degree from Canada and a PhD degree from USA. He is currently a Teaching and Research faculty at Keiser University. He does research related to spine, low back pain, and neck pain. He is the receipient of several NIH research grants. He teaches courses in biomechanics (basic and clinical) and research methodology to chiropractic students as well as engineering students. He has published research articles in several international journals, presented in scientific conferences all over the world. He is also certified as a yoga teacher. Has been teaching Yoga classes to children, adults, family, seniors since 2010 at various places (temples, public libraries, community centers, LA Fitness, YMCA, SEWA international, yoga studios). Conducted workshops on weight management using yoga, diabetes management using yoga, low back pain management using yoga.

I have led or collaborated on over 10 Biomedical Research Projects, serving as director, lead researcher or co-researcher. I bring extensive teaching experience in graduate-level online programs, specializing in Statistics and Research Methods. I have also supervised numerous theses, master’s, and PhD dissertations in areas including Statistics, Health, Aging, and Education. My work bridges scientific investigation and education, fostering research-driven approaches to health and education.
