Arthur Keiser, Ph.D., Chancellor of Keiser University, has been named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 2026 Power Leaders in Education, a list recognizing leaders in South Florida’s education sector. The 2026 edition, published by the South Florida Business Journal, features education leaders from across the region and highlights their roles in meeting the industry’s evolving needs.
Keiser co-founded Keiser University in 1977 and has served as the university’s Chancellor. Under his leadership, the institution has expanded its academic offerings and campuses across Florida, as well as its online and international presence. Keiser has been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal among its education leaders and 250 Power Leaders since 2019.
The 2026 recognition comes as Keiser University celebrates its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of providing career-focused education in Florida and beyond.
As part of this year’s recognition, the South Florida Business Journal also features a personal profile of Keiser, highlighting his background, educational philosophy, professional lessons, and interests outside of his role at the university. The profile offers additional insight into the university’s Chancellor’s perspective and the experiences that have shaped his approach to education.
