Keiser University faculty, staff, students, and community friends and neighbors look forward to gaining insights from leaders in business and industry as part of Keiser’s Lead the Way podcast to debut in August 2025.
Presented by Keiser University and hosted by Flagship Campus University Advisory Board member and Executive Coach Bob Fashano, the leadership series will debut by highlighting the journey of Dr. Robert M. Keiser, Keiser University’s Graduate School Vice Chancellor.
“As the first Lead the Way podcast guest, the opportunity to delve into our next transformational season of educational growth and opportunity was an exciting conversation,” said Dr. Robert Keiser. “We thank Mr. Fashano for leading this initiative and look forward to learning more from change makers who have overcome adversity by developing unique strategies and embracing mindsets that have enabled them to enjoy positive growth while helping others,” said Dr. Keiser.
Through the podcast and the Robert Fashano Leadership Library, Fashano looks forward to further engaging community leaders while highlighting how forerunners of business and industry have overcome entrepreneurial and corporate challenges. Listeners will learn more about the critical skills necessary to succeed, as successful entrepreneurs, nonprofit, and corporate innovators share strategies they’ve employed to overcome professional and economic challenges.
“In the Lead the Way podcast, community leaders will share details of their inspirational journeys as well as how they have applied critical leadership competencies for success,” said Fashano, who enjoys applying years of success in the corporate world toward the support of the next generation.
While serving as a resource for Keiser University learners and associates, the podcast aligns with various Keiser University leadership initiatives, including its AMPLIFY Program, which encourages student Aspirations, Mentorship, Progression, Learning, Inspiration, Flourishing, and Yielding to positive change. Founded by Fashano, along with Keiser Deans Evan Berry and Dr. Jennifer Peluso, and Professors Dr. Rita Audy Johnston, Dr. Joseph Clottey, Dr. Deborah Hill, and Anthony Hilliard, JD, it provides upper-level graduate students opportunities to foster leadership and professional development through shared experiences with high-level professionals.
Developed at Keiser University’s Cinematic Arts Postproduction Studio, the audio broadcast offers learners an industry-standard space to complete a variety of production and post-production professional projects and class assignments, including foley creations and recordings, interviews, voiceovers, music, podcasts, and more.
Fashano is a Keiser University Flagship Campus Advisory Board member and the founder of Lead One Consulting, LLC, an executive Coaching and Leadership Development Company located in Palm Beach Gardens. A Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation, he is the author of a recently released book, “Make Today Your Masterpiece,” and looks forward to releasing another book in the second quarter of 2025. Fashano earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University at Buffalo in 1973 and his Master’s degree in Financial Services from The American College in 1994.
