Join Dr. Mireidy Fernandez, Faculty of Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at Keiser University Graduate School, for a Research and Scholarship Collaborative (RSC) Scholars’ Exchange presentation exploring how psychology can strengthen continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Successful continuous improvement depends on more than efficient processes. It also requires motivated employees, effective teamwork, appropriate training, and leaders who encourage communication and positive workplace behaviors. This presentation examines how industrial-organizational psychology can help organizations improve operational performance while supporting employee development and sustainable change.

• Understand how training transfer helps employees apply new skills in the workplace.
