This open classroom provides prospective and current students with an opportunity to explore new topics, refresh their knowledge, and experience Keiser University’s learning environment.

Sports Adaptology and the Russian Isoton Training Method

Join Dr. Stefane Dias, Graduate Department Chair of Exercise and Sport Science, for an interactive session exploring physiological adaptations through bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and free weights.

Participants will explore the principles and applications of Sports Adaptology and the Russian Isoton Training Method, with a focus on how these approaches can support performance, health, conditioning, strength, endurance, recovery, and overall fitness.
