The mission of Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies is to prepare students for careers that require multidisciplinary thinking and the ability to integrate multiple perspectives. Students can design a course of study that meets their personal academic objectives and furthers their professional growth and development by combining two or more disciplines into a coherent program.

The program develops effective military leadership, mission command, operations skills, and training as follows:

• Leadership: To develop effective leaders within the Army by providing training, mentorship, and practical experiences that equip individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attributes to lead confidently and make a positive impact in various military settings.
• Mission Command: To align leaders at all levels to make informed decisions by fostering a shared understanding and trust among team members.
• Operations: To protect and serve the nation by developing effective strategies to ensure safety and security.
• Training: Effectively and efficiently protect citizens and the nation by planning and executing effective strategies.
