The College of Chiropractic Medicine, at the West Palm Beach campus, held its first White Coat Ceremony.  The inaugural class of 16 chiropractic medical students received their white coats and were celebrated by their faculty, friends and family in attendance.  The founding dean of the College, Dr. Michael Wiles delivered an address to the white coat recipients, that described the history of white coat ceremonies and the symbolism of the white coat.  Dr. Michael Ramcharan, Associate Professor of Chiropractic Medicine opened and closed the ceremony, and faculty members Drs. Lauren Purpura and Janet Sikora assisted in the presentation of the coats.  Dr. Raymond Wolff, Staff Chiropractor, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service, at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center led the class in the recitation of the Oath of Professionalism.
