Medical Assisting Science, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting Science prepares students to perform various clinical duties including taking patient histories, measuring vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations, giving injections as directed by the physician, venipuncture, performing CLIA waived laboratory tests, and performing electrocardiograms (ECG). In addition, students will learn clerical and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing insurance claims.

The program provides exposure to various laboratory tests in accordance with nationally standardized laboratory practices as defined within the scope of the profession.
Nuclear Medicine Technology, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology instructs students in the use of radioactive material to visualize diagnose and treat pathology through proper utilization of specialized equipment and techniques. Graduates are eligible to sit for certification examinations given by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-N) and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
Occupational Therapy Assistant, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant prepares students to work as occupational therapy assistants under direct supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Students learn the therapeutic use of occupations in order to maximize independent function, enhance development, prevent disability and maintain health.

Radiation Therapy, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Radiation Therapy prepares students for entry-level positions in the profession, using ionizing-radiation producing equipment to administer therapeutic doses of radiation as prescribed by physicians for treatment of disease — generally cancer. The program’s graduates are eligible to take the national certification examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and are eligible for licensure by the State of Florida to practice Radiation Therapy. The Radiation Therapy program strives to instill the values and concepts of life-long learning in its graduates.
Radiologic Technology, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology prepares students for entry-level positions in the profession, producing radiographic images in accordance with standardized practices and procedures. The program’s graduates are eligible to take the national certification examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and are eligible to be licensed by the State of Florida to practice Radiologic Technology.
Respiratory Therapy, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy prepares students for employment as respiratory therapists under the supervision of licensed physicians. Successful completion of the program qualifies graduates to receive an Associate of Science degree, and become eligible to sit for the national accreditation exams for the designation of the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and apply for state license as a respiratory therapist.
Surgical Technology, AS
Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Surgical Technology provides students with the technical ability; knowledge and skills required for entry-level employment as a member of a healthcare team in hospital or surgical center operating rooms. Graduates possess the skills to perform in a variety of science-related positions. They will have completed the prerequisites necessary to be successful in graduate programs in the sciences as well as a multitude of professional programs such as occupational and physical therapy, dentistry, pharmacy, physician and physician assistant programs. Dietetics and Nutrition, BS
Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition combines clinical evaluation, community concerns, and food service management into a profession long valued for its service to individuals and the community at large and focused on proper nutrition and the prevention of chronic diseases. Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science in Imaging Sciences degree program develops the administrative and/or clinical knowledge of technologists, providing the educational foundation for advanced certifications and career growth. Students may choose from concentrations in imaging administration or clinical imaging depending upon the student’s area of interest and career pathway. The program offers technologists advanced course work toward a bachelor’s degree completion and at least partial fulfillment of post-primary certification eligibility requirements.

Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science is a degree completion program for Medical Laboratory Technicians. The program prepares students for work as Medical Laboratory Scientists. Graduates will possess the skills to perform laboratory tests in accordance with standardized laboratory practices.
Clinical Nutrition Coordinated Program, MS
Keiser University’s Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition Coordinated Program (MSCN-CP) combines clinical evaluation, community concerns, and food service management into a profession long valued for its service to individuals and the community at large and focused on optimal nutrition and the prevention of chronic diseases. The MSCN-CP is unique since the didactic instruction is integrated with the supervised practice.
Health Services Administration, MBA Concentration
Keiser University’s Master of Business Administration offers an intensive graduate program that educates students in theories and practices of the modern business world. The MBA program fosters independent learning and enables students to contribute intellectually to the business profession. Students have the option of a MBA or to extend the core MBA program by taking credits in one of five advanced areas of study, one of which is Health Services Administration.

Nutrition with Distance Learning Internship, MS
The Keiser University Graduate Master of Science in Nutrition with Distance Learning Internship (KU-MS/DI) combined program with a concentration area of Community Nutrition is rigorous and fast-paced. The coursework is designed to allow interns to complete their supervised practice requirements in their geographic area. Interns will be able to use local sites and preceptors to complete their rotations.
Nurse Anesthesia, MSNA
The Keiser University Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia program was developed to create capable and skilled CRNA’s. The program is divided into stages; a 12-month didactic stage, located in Naples, Florida, and a 16-month clinical stage. The program is designed to be front-loaded with the didactic stage to establish the knowledge required to successfully transition into an immersive clinical stage.
Occupational Therapy – Bridge Program, MSOT
The Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) Bridge Program at Keiser University is designed to educate health care providers with COTA credentials to build upon their existing professional experience. In the course of completing the MSOT graduate degree, students in the program will develop managerial, program assessment, and client evaluation skills while expanding their leadership roles in the field of occupational therapy.
The Doctor of Chiropractic program at Keiser University is a rigorous professional program consisting of ten semesters of study which are completed over 40 months. It combines traditional lectures with small group learning, weekly conferences and seminars, laboratory and experiential sessions, and clinical training opportunities at a number of sites.
Health Science, DHSc
The Doctor of Health Science degree provides healthcare professionals with the theory and skills to advance a career in health-related administration, teaching, or clinical practice where advanced analytical and conceptual capabilities are required. The focus is on critical analysis and evaluation of complex issues and challenges arising in professional practice.
Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia (Completion degree)
This online program builds upon prior knowledge obtained in the master’s program in Nurse Anesthesia and focuses on clinical practice areas such as expanding knowledge in clinical practice and clinical leadership.
Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP)
The Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice program graduate will possess advanced competencies for nurse anesthesia practice, faculty, and leadership roles in nurse anesthesia. The program curriculum consists of didactic and clinical components. The program integrates research, pathophysiology, pharmacology, health assessment, general principles of anesthesia, and anesthesia for surgical procedures for application in the clinical setting.
Health Services Management
Keiser University’s Graduate Business Certificate Programs educate students in the theories and practices of the business world. The certificate programs are geared toward students who want to learn the foundational skills in a particular field or those who want to build upon their existing senior-level experience to advance their career in one of the subject areas. The courses in each of the areas can be applied toward an MBA degree for candidates who meet admissions criteria. Certificate students specialize in one of the following areas: Health Services Management or Management and Leadership.
