At this year’s Melbourne Independent Film Festival the theme was “From Bollywood to Hollywood” and, in keeping with that theme, an Indian buffet was served to delighted guests! Melbourne Culinary students pitched in with Guest Chef Parveen Imami to serve up Samosas, Vegetable Biryani, Tikki Masala and Sheer Khurma.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
